WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT A MOTORCYCLE?
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid motorcycle driver license (or equivalent in your country)
- Experience driving motorcycles, this will be verified when you pick up the motorcycle
- Health insurance
- Credit card (for the booking and security deposit)
WHAT is the rental price of A MOTORCYCLE?
The price per day varies depending on the motorcycle you want to rent.
To guarantee a reservation, you must pay 20% of the total during check-out. This is the booking fee and it is non-refundable.
For all motorcycles you must agree to a security hold in your credit card. The amount will depend on the motorcycle. This deposit will be returned/refunded 1-5 days after the motorcycle is returned (depending on your bank) if it does not present any damage.
If you want to rent for a special event (Rally Frontera, La Vuelta Boxer, Reto 32 Provincias, etc.) please contact us, as the price for events is different than the normal rental prices.
how does the rental work?
You must make your reservation with a minimum of 2 days before the rental period begins.
The pick-up or collection time is from 7 AM to 12 PM on the scheduled day of the rental. You will be asked to select the time slot when adding the motorcycle to your cart. If you need to pick up the motorcycle outside of this time slot, you will have to pay for out of hours pick up unless previously arranged and agreed by us.
Rentals run for 1 day (or 24 hours). This means: you pick up the motorcycle in the morning (pick-up time) and it must be returned the next day at the same time.
In case you want to return the motorcycle later, you will need to notify us 24 hours before. If this time exceeds 1 hour, you will be charged an out of hours return fee. If the return time exceeds 3 hours or you fail to inform us, you will be charged an additional day of rental.
The motorcycle will be delivered to you clean, fueled and ready for adventure. You must return the motorcycle in the same conditions.
where are the motorcycles picked up?
All motorcycles are located in Santo Domingo. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to obtain additional information for the rental agreement.

Please note that our shop is only open by appointment (reservations).
We have a delivery and collection service available in Santo Domingo, within the established hours for an additional price.
no-show, rental rescheduling or cancellations
The booking fee is non-refundable.
It is considered a no-show if you do not pick up the motorcycle at the scheduled time and day without having previously notified our team via email or WhatsApp messages. Our staff will be available to deliver the motorcycle up to 60 minutes after the time agreed in the rental contract. After this time, it will be considered a no-show and: (a) you will lose the booking fee, (b) you will be charged for one day’s rental and (c) the reservation will be canceled if it is longer than one (1) day.
If you wish to reschedule your rental, you must notify us via email or WhatsApp at least 2 days in advance. If your reschedule with less than two (2) days, you will be charged a fee of USD 50.
If you wish to cancel a reservation, you must notify our team via email or WhatsApp message at least two (2) days in advance. In case of cancellation with less than two (2) days, as stated, you will lose the booking. In case of cancellation with less than one (1) day in advance: (a) you will lose the reservation fee and (b) will be charged one (1) day’s rental.
Is my license valid in the DR?
Yes. Your drivers license (motorcycle or car) is valid up to 3 months from the day of your arrival in the Dominican Republic.
Can I Drive outside Santo Domingo?
Yes. You can go anywhere in the Dominican Republic, but can not cross the border to Haiti.
