WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT A MOTORCYCLE?
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid motorcycle driver license (or equivalent in your country)
- Experience driving motorcycles, this will be verified when you pick up the motorcycle
- Health insurance
- Credit card (for the booking and security deposit)
- Protective helmet (It is required by law to wear one. We have limited quantities available for rent)
WHAT is the rental price of A MOTORCYCLE?
The price per day varies depending on the motorcycle you want to rent.
To guarantee a reservation, you must pay 20% of the total during check-out. This is the booking fee and it is non-refundable.
For all motorcycles you must agree to a security hold in your credit card of USD 500. This deposit will be returned/refunded 1-5 days after the motorcycle is returned (depending on the bank) if it does not show damage.
If you want to rent for a special event (Rally Frontera, La Vuelta Boxer, Reto 32 Provincias, etc.) please contact us, since the price for events is different than the normal rental prices.
how does the rental work?
You must make your reservation with a minimum of 2 days before the rental period begins.
The pick-up or collection time is from 7 to 9 AM on the scheduled day of the rental. If you need to pick up the motorcycle earlier, please contact us once the reservation has been made to see if it is possible or if we can arrange for pick-up the night before.
Rentals are for 1 calendar day. This means: you pick up the motorcycle in the morning (pick-up time) and must be returned no later than 8 PM of the same day.
In case you want to return the motorcycle after 8 PM, a surcharge of USD 20 dollars will be charged. If you keep the motorcycle overnight, you will be charged half a day or an additional day, depending on the time the motorcycle is returned.
The motorcycle will be delivered to you clean, fueled and ready for adventure. You must return the motorcycle in the same condition.
where are the motorcycles picked up?
All motorcycles are located in Santo Domingo. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you for additional information.

Please note that our shop is only open by appointment (reservations).
We have a delivery and collection service available in Santo Domingo, within the established hours for an additional USD 15.
no-show, rental rescheduling or cancellations
The booking fee is non-refundable.
It is considered a no-show if you do not pick up the motorcycle at the scheduled time and day without having previously notified our team.
If you wish to reschedule your rental, you must notify us at least 2 days in advance. Otherwise, you will lose your booking fee and your rent will continue to run for the scheduled date or dates.
If you wish to cancel a reservation, you must inform us via email, WhatsApp message or phone call. If you decide to cancel, you will lose your booking fee. If you cancel with less than 2 days in advanced, you will be charged one (1) rental day.
Is my license valid in the DR?
Yes. Your drivers license (motorcycle or car) is valid up tu 3 months from the day of your arrival in the Dominican Republic.
Can I Drive outside Santo Domingo?
Yes. You can go anywhere in the Dominican Republic, but must not cross the border to Haiti.
